Cochrane Cares Running Club

A welcoming space for women to walk, run, and connect.

WHO WE ARE
Cochrane Cares Running Club is more than a run group—it’s a movement rooted in community, compassion, and connection.
Founded by Kari, Cochrane Cares is a free, women-centered run and walk club open to all ages and abilities. Whether you're lacing up your shoes for the first time or you're a seasoned runner, you belong here.
We believe in the power of movement as medicine—not just for the body, but for the heart and mind too. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where women can show up exactly as they are, build confidence step by step, and feel supported in every stride—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
At Cochrane Cares, we walk and run together, but what we’re really building is a stronger sisterhood. A space where no one is left behind, where laughter is as common as sweat, and where growth happens naturally—through community, encouragement, and the joy of moving forward.
We’re not just changing pace—we’re changing lives.
One woman. One step. One story at a time.
